REGISTRATION POLICIES

Refunds/Cancellations
All cancellations and/or changes must be submitted in writing. A full refund, less an administrative fee of $75, will be issued if notification is received by October 30, 2008. Cancellations requested after October 30, 2008 may be transferable but not refundable. No refund will be given for cancellations submitted after October 30, 2008. Substitutions are permitted if requested in writing at least two weeks prior to the event.
